Immediate tooth restoration

Immediate reconstruction of teeth on implants is possible only if the patient's anatomic conditions do allow. In the simplest of cases, the dentist places a Direct-type implant in the missing tooth socket and puts a temporary crown during the same visit.

The patient leaves our practice with a tooth!

If the tooth is broken or cracked and there is no chance of repairing it, we can often replace one immediately with an implant. In more complicated cases we must rely on GBR (because the empty socket after tooth removal is larger than the implant's diameter) and GTR techniques to ensure optimal aesthetics.

After healing of gums, the final crown is placed.
